The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to publicize next month's bout.
Ex two time world title holder Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally recognized for his showmanship - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's greatest financial successes, regularly earning massive paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently under discussion for 2026.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As both boxers participated in the traditional stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really happening.
